The hotel's lobby was beautifully updated, bright, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly attentive, providing warm smiles and assistance whenever needed. Our room was spacious, allowing easy movement and comfort during our stay, which I truly appreciated.
A full-length mirror in the room would be helpful.

The breakfast area was nice, and the attendant was very friendly, keeping everything stocked and clean. We also appreciated that our room was very clean, like I’ve never seen a hotel bathroom area that spotless before.

Had a great time during my stay! The room was super comfy and the breakfast selection was fantastic, especially that fresh fruit. Just wish the parking situation was a bit more straightforward, but it didn't ruin my experience! 😊

The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, and the room was spacious with very comfortable bedding. The helpful staff provided excellent recommendations for dining in the area. However, the only mirror in the suite was small and located over the bathroom sink, making it inconvenient for getting ready. Additionally, the continental breakfast options were just average, lacking variety. For convenience, a small market in the lobby sold snacks, which was a nice touch.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the illusion museum and the aquarium, both were super fun. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was a highlight, and we felt secure with the locked doors. Just be ready for valet parking costs if you choose to drive!
We noticed a lot of homeless individuals nearby, which made walking around a bit uncomfortable, especially at night.

Super comfy and spacious stay!
We checked in super early and the staff was awesome about it! Our room was really big and cozy, perfect for hanging out. The bedding was super comfy too! Only bummer was that the carpet could use a cleaning. We loved grabbing snacks from the little snack bar.

Room was super clean and cozy, especially the pull-out couch for my son. Awesome view of downtown Dallas! The breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. There’s a small fitness center for a workout. Valet parking can get tight but there's a lot across the street. Felt safe with secured access.
